Hip Hop Classes

Our Hip Hop Program is new as of 2025 and being taught by Miss Brooke! If your dancer is interested in a fun and high energy new technique in a age appropriate, healthy and positive environment this class is for them!

Come join us as she teaches through fun and energetic movements focusing on rhythm, and lots of attitude!

Dress code for all hip hop classes: Girls - Leotard, Tights or leggings, shorts, jazz or turners shoes. Boys - Activewear pants, tee shirt, tap shoes. No bracelets, necklaces, chains. All hair must be pulled back and secured. Only stud earrings allowed.

ITM's Hip hop classes are high-energy dance sessions that teach street-style movements, rhythm, musicality, and personal expression, often progressing through levels from beginner to advanced.

Hip hop dance classes focus on dynamic movements rooted in street dance and urban culture, including isolations, grooves, freestyle, and stylized choreography performed to hip hop music. Our Classes emphasize rhythm, musicality, and performance quality, while also teaching foundational techniques and current trends in commercial choreography. Students develop coordination, strength, control, and creative expression.
